SMC - TerrAdaptor Articulating Foot

The SMC TerrAdaptor Articulating Foot is designed for stable placement on hard, flat surfaces such as concrete and finished flooring. A rubber contact pad provides a slip-resistant base with less risk of surface damage, while the stainless-steel ball joint allows the foot to follow the angle of the TerrAdaptor leg. For exceptionally wide leg positions, the foot can rotate through 90° into a flat configuration.

Three holes in the base allow the foot to be lashed or secured directly with screws, bolts or driven spikes, helping create a more rigid setup where the surface allows. A separate high-strength attachment point is provided on the adaptor plate, with a breaking strength of 30 kN. The foot requires the TerrAdaptor Modular Foot Adaptor and should be selected and installed before setting up the system, as SMC advises against exchanging feet once the TerrAdaptor is loaded or its hobbles have been tightened.
