Rock Exotica - Vortex Raptor Foot

The Rock Exotica Vortex Raptor Foot is designed to support the Arizona Vortex on uneven rock, penetrable ground and other irregular surfaces. Its replaceable carbide tip can catch soft soil, small holes or cracks, providing a precise contact point where a broad flat foot would be difficult to position.

The foot rotates within the leg connection, allowing the claw to be orientated in relation to the Vortex configuration and expected direction of force. Two machined holes and a slot provide options for attaching hobble straps or other foot-securing systems. It connects to either an Inner or Outer Vortex Leg using a compatible Leg/Foot Pin.

The carbide point can mark or puncture smooth and damage-sensitive surfaces, where the Vortex Flat Foot will normally be more appropriate. Regardless of the contact provided by the tip, Rock Exotica requires the feet to be secured against all forms of movement as part of a correctly configured system.
