Petzl - Jane-Y Lanyard for Fall Arrest
The Petzl JANE-Y is a non-adjustable double lanyard made
from dynamic rope. It combines with a Petzl ABSORBICA energy absorber to create
a double energy-absorbing lanyard with a maximum assembled length of 2 m,
including the connectors. Its two symmetrical arms are available in 60 and 100
cm lengths.
Plastic sheaths at each end hold the carabiners in position,
make clipping easier and protect the sewn terminations from abrasion.
Individual identification markings on the sheaths allow the lanyard to be
tracked throughout its lifespan.
