The Wizard is a lightweight, compact auto-braking descender for rope access and rescue.
It features a button that allows the cam to be held open for easier insertion of the rope and to remain connected to the user while it is open or while the rope is being inserted or removed.
It is equipped with an anti-panic function in the lever that re-engages the cam and locks the rope if the handle is pulled too far where it could lead to unsafe descent speeds. The lever automatically returns to the LOCK position when released.
The Wizard delivers extraordinary controllability with its proven internal mechanism and the rigid lever that is made of robust hot-forged aluminum alloy.
The locking cam uses an innovative design for smooth action on the rope which prevents rapid wear-and-tear and absorbs energy from small shocks with a slight amount of rope slippage. The cam can be de-activated with a trigger to allow quick sliding of the rope in situations with no load or limited load.
Equipped with NFC TRACK tag for digital identification.
